Strahan's Own Personal Parade
I was not the only person in the country to lose respect for Michael Strahan today. In case you missed it, Strahan responded to the Giant's defeat of the Patriots by literally jumping into the air like the Neanderthal that he is and saying to the entire crowd of spectators, both live and media related:
"We would like to extend this to every other team in the NFL, particularly for the last team we defeated, the New England Patriots," he said, his teammates standing behind him. "Because you know what we really did to you? We stomped you out"
Stomping out? Really Strahan?
A 3 point victory in a game that came down to the last possession is hardly "stomping." What the 1985 Chicago Bears did to the New England Patriots is what "stomping out" is.
Let's not forget the Giants were one Asante Samuel interception away from Strahan being a ring-less retiree with a gap-toothed-grin that is so big you would think Jorge Posada mule-kicked him in the mouth, cleats and all.
At least he was not just pissing off the citizens northeast of "Giant" nation, but also those in Dallas and Green Bay. Strahan - what about your 6 losses, including that 41-17 drubbing you were handed by an Adrian Peterson-less Minnesota Vikings team?
At least we know that when the crowd cheered "one more year" they were referring to Strahan's career and not the Giant's chances of repeating because we all know that is not going to happen, just ask ESPN's John Clayton.
Strahan makes me want to vomit as bad as the folks on the green of his stupid Right Guard commercial from the stench of his raised armpits.
