Been a while since our last SSI, so here's a quick one to tide over your insatiable appetite for athlete and celebrity lookalikes.  This one comes courtesy of the suggestions of BSB senior writer Ignorant Bostonian.

    

The first picture, as most of you no doubt already know, is Washington Redskins running back Clinton Portis.  He is perhaps the most flamboyant man in the NFL (sorry, Strahan, he's got you beat) and his postgame costume wearing shenanigans (I knew I'd get to work the word shenanigans into this site eventually) are legendary.  Oh, and he happened to be one of the best backs in the league in 2008, finishing with 1651 all purpose yards and 11 rushing TDs.  If you recall (and "experts" complained about the game for so long, how could you not?), Portis' 'Skins were absolutely crushed by our New England Patriots way back in October to the tune of 52-7.

Most of us know the guy in the second picture simply as Carlton... as in Carlton Banks of the popular 1990s TV show Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.  His real name is Alfonso Ribeiro and he really hasn't done much since his Tom Jones-singing, prep school-attending, blue blazer-wearing days as Carlton Banks... looking at Fonzy's IMDB page, he apparently appeared in some Amanda Bynes film called Lovewrecked in 2005 and has had several stints on short-lived shows.  Alfonso's co-star on the show who you maaay have heard of, Will Smith, has conversely become one of the biggest stars in Hollywood, regularly commanding $20 million plus for films.  All I have to say is I hope Ribeiro's still getting royalty checks from re-airings of Fresh Prince...
