How Not to Throw a Baseball, by Julio Lugo
Even in between-innings-warm-ups, Julio Lugo just can't keep himself from making terrible throws and has now taken to injuring teammates, as well. Here's a pic of Youk exiting prior to the beginning of the top half of the 7th after taking a one-hopper from Lugo to the right eye.

...Oh, and Youk's replacement, Brandon Moss, bobbled a Chris Snyder grounder on his first fielding attempt, allowing Mark Reynolds to score easily from third. It seems that even when he isn't directly involved in a play, Lugo remains the root cause of just about every single error committed by the Boston Red Sox.
CORRECTION / UPDATE: Several reliable sources have informed me that it was Mike Lowell - not Julio Lugo, as previously reported - whose errant throw struck Youk in the eye. All apologies to Lugo; however, I, for one, will continue to blame Lugo for Youk's injury because he's been the one to blame for the bulk of the Sox's defensive miscues this season.
