Sports' Spitting Images - Tom Brady and Yao Ming
Time for a very special Patriotic edition of Sports' Spitting Images:

It's a safe bet that these guys need no introduction, but we'll give you some anyways.
If you look up the definition of the phrase "The Man," you'll likely find a picture of Tom Brady in the description. He's perhaps the most marketable athlete in professional sports (leading to millions of dollars earned in endorsement deals), has fathered a child with actress/model Bridget Moynahan, is currently dating model Gisele Bundchen... oh yeah, and he's a pretty good quarterback, too. In 6 years as the starting quarterback of the New England Patriots, Brady's won 3 Super Bowls after being drafted 199th overall in 2000, currently sports a 92.9 career passer rating, and now holds the single season passing touchdown record thanks to a 50 TD season last year. I told ya, he's the man.
Yao Ming has been an absolute beast since entering the league after being drafted first overall in 2002. He's averaging 19.0 points, 9.2 rebounds and 1.9 blocks per game throughout his career, but he's had trouble staying healthy in recent years. He's appeared in 57, 48 and 55 games over his last three seasons respectively and most recently suffered a stress fracture in his left foot last season. He's hoping to be able to play for China in the upcoming Olympic Games in Beijing, but the Rockets have to be hoping he doesn't come back too soon and further injure the foot. In addition to his career achievements and wild popularity in China, he basically looks like the Asian version of Tom Brady.
