As this is typically one of the slowest sports periods of the year, we're coming at you with a special All-Star Break edition post in which we will attempt to compile an "All Red Sox All-Star Team" using current and past players. To be eligible, each player must have played on an All-Star Team at least once while a member of the Red Sox. We'll list starters and reserves at each position (for consistency's sake, we'll go with 3 OFs, SPs and RPs for the starters).

This was actually a pretty tough exercise. You could make a case for many of the reserves that they should have been starters (as well as the fact that some people may have been left out entirely), but after much deliberation, these are the lists we've settled on.
