With the regular season set to kick off just under a month from now, we decided it was time for an NHL themed SSI this Friday morning, so here ya go.

Sidney Crosby needs no introduction, but if I were to give him one, I'd say he's one of the best young players in the NHL and looks poised to become a league legend. In 213 career regular season games over three seasons, Sid the Kid's amassed 99 goals and 195 assists, good for 294 total points. Most recently, the Detroit Red Wings defeated Sid and the Pittsburgh Penguins in the 2008 Stanley Cup playoffs.

You probably know Andy Samberg best as a cast member on NBC's Saturday Night Live. He's also appeared on Premium Blend and Arrested Development and he had the lead role in the film Hot Rod.
