Bobby Abreu, formerly of the Houston Astros, Philadelphia Phillies and New York Yankees, and Sammy Sosa, disgraced former MLB slugger who played for the Chicago White Sox, Chicago Cubs and for two less-than-stellar years, the Baltimore Orioles and Texas Rangers.

I don't think I've ever so thoroughly despised both members of a single SSI so wholeheartedly as I do these two. Abreu was a sellout that joined the Yankees and mindlessly bought into the whole "Yankee aura" bullshit where players instantly begin believing they're automatically better than other players and teams, and Sosa was one of the masterminds behind the tainting of the game I've loved since childhood. If either of these two dropped off the face of the earth tomorrow, I wouldn't think twice about it.
