You're looking at former Patriots vice president of player personnel Scott Pioli and actor/writer/director Jon Favreau.

Pioli landed the Chiefs GM job, which was vacated by former president, GM and CEO Carl Peterson, and in addition to his time with the Pats, served in administrative positions with the Browns, Ravens and Jets. Favreau is best known for his work as the director of Swingers (a film he was also an actor in) and Iron Man, and has appeared in numerous other films and TV shows including Rudy, Friends, PCU, Daredevil and The Breakup. The two have remarkably similar builds, although with Favreau's weight fluctuating more frequently than the daily low of the stock market, the likeness might be a bit outdated.
