... And now the rest of the league knows when to expect to have their asses handed to them. By my estimation, I count 8 sure-thing victories and at least 4 more that should fall the Pats' way. That puts them at 12-4, but I think this team will likely go 13-3 or a game better. You have to expect a loss or two (at the most) from division opponents (I'll say the Jets get the better of them once), and the Ravens and Colts games should be closely contested. Wild card match up of the year foes to the Atlanta Falcons; Matt Ryan's return to his old stomping grounds (actually a bit farther up the street) should prove entertaining, but the new and improved Pats secondary should make them one dimensional. The Broncos will get crushed as Cutler's loss will become apparent in the early going. My ultimate prediction for the season: 13-3
