What if I Told You Wes Welker Would Be Ready Week 1, Is This Something You Might Be Interested In?

I sure as hell would be.  Anyways, multiple sources are now reporting that Wes Welker will be a full participant in training camp, which is just a few days away.

Aside from no one in history, Wes Welker is the only guy to come back from a potentially career-ending injury just 6 months after he blew out his ACL and MCL (yeah, yeah Philip Rivers did it, but he looks like a fuckin 5-year-old so that doesn't count).  This is truly an amazing feat, and one that should not go unnoticed.

Not only should he now be considered a demi-god, but he takes his place back as the slot receiver, which stabilizes the passing offense immensely.  This will also drop Julian Edelman and Torry Holt a spot on the WR depth chart (see below), which, once again, makes the WR corps one of the best in the game.

Touche, Wes.
