(Really, Minny, you didn't see this coming?)

Randy Moss voiced his displeasure with the Vikings' offense and his role in it following Sunday's loss to New England.

"It hurts as a player that you put a lot of hard work in all week, and toward the end of the week, Sunday," said Moss, "that’s when they acknowledge about the hard work you put in throughout the week. That’s actually a disappointment." Moss also ripped Brad Childress for not trying a field goal near halftime, and told reporters that he "really misses those guys" in New England. I really don't like saying "I told you so," but Minnesota, I told you so. Guess the grass isn't always greener, eh Randy? Seriously though, is there any NFL offense in which Moss would actually be happy with his role? To quote the Bob's Furniture guy, I doubt it. I don't know much about this Tom Pelissero cat, but if this is reliable info and if it is indeed a ploy by Moss to let Kraft and Co. know how much he wants to return to New England next year, honestly, I'm all for it. Moss'll have to eat a heaping helping of humble pie and take a 2-year deal for about $5-6 mil per, and after seeing all the dink-and-dunk bullshit this team is having to do to get by right now, that's right in the ballpark of acceptability for me.
