Sweet Lou, Thank You

I've never been so happy to support a team that sports a .143 winning percentage and is on pace for 23 wins.

But the Sox finally got the W today against the Yanks with a great effort by the offense.

And anyone who knows baseball knows that they won that game because Framingham Lou Merloni was parked front row, right behind the plate, with the mean base face on.

By the way, a mean base face is just when someone looks pissed normally.  Said person often gets asked why they are so angry when, in actuality, it is just their regular look.  I have had a mean base face my entire life.  It's awesome.  No one fucks with you.

Anyways, Sweet Lou was a guest of Den Drinkwater's, the president of Giant Glass who always sits behind home plate, so he has to get some of the credit for inviting Lou in the first place.

Lastly, have you ever seen Drinkwater walk off after a walk off?  It's amazing.  Check that video out.  Watch the guy behind home plate, first row, in the blue jacket.  He's out of Fenway before Manny puts his hands down.  That's dedication, homes.

Double lastly, it took me no joke like 15 minutes to find that video thanks to the MLB's stupid copyrighting laws so enjoy it.

John Lackey sucks.

Thanks to CSNNE for the pic.
