Late Night Sox Talk

I'm 24 years old and dead tired before 12 AM.

What is wrong with me? I'm such a geek ass nerd right now. It's pathetic.

Anyways, a couple of interesting Red Sox notes that are hot off the presses:

The Sox signed RHP/current hobo Kevin Millwood to a minor league deal despite my best efforts to dissuade Theo.

But enough about homeless people.

The more important news is that the Sox traded a player to be named later to Colorado for LHP Franklin Morales.

This could turn out to be a sick trade for the Sox because Colorado basically traded him for nothing due to some control issues.

But the joke's on them because his numbers aren't even that bad. He has 11 K's in 14 innings, a 3.86 ERA, and dudes are only hitting .204 against him.

Oh yeah, and he's a gosh darn lefty, which the Sox desperately need out of the pen. And lefties are only hitting .185 against him for his career.

Double oh yeah, he's only 25.

So this could definitely be a W for the Sox.
