With the 55th Pick in the 2011 NBA Draft the Boston Celtics Select...

6'4" shooting guard E'Twaun Moore.

E'Twaun was a teammate of JaJuan Johnson's at Purdue so that's cute.

Second round picks are like childhood actors: they usually don't pan out in the end.

So this guy might not even see the floor next year, but you never know.

But anyways, Moore's best asset is his defense.  He's apparently a great defender, which the Celts desperately needed in the playoffs (I never thought I would say "I miss Tony Allen").

His senior year at Purdue, he averaged 18.5 points and 5.3 rebounds a game while shooting 44.8% from the field and 41.4% from behind the arc.

41.4% on 3-pointers is pretty sick.

Prodraftcentral.com says Moore is the best SG defender in the draft so that's cool.

So it sounds like Moore is kind of a Shane Battier type: great defender and 3-point-shooter.

That's it for draft night, bayshes.

I'm not going to say I like or dislike the draft because I have no fucking clue how to grade the picks until these guys play just like every other person in the world.

Experts, Schmexperts.
