Sox Sign 16-Year-Old from the DR

The Sox somehow missed out on signing one of the best prospects to come out of the DR in awhile yesterday.  What makes matters worse is that his name is Nomar.  Nomar Mazara.

But they made up for it today by signing a guy named Manny.  Manuel Marcos.  The Sox signed him for $800,000 today.

I can already tell he's going to be sick.  You're not not gonna be good with a name like Manny Marcos.  It's just science.

He is supposedly an elite defensive outfielder with very elite speed and a great arm.  Offensively, he can hit for power, but is much more of a gap hitter.

Sounds like another Jose Iglesias to me, which would be sick.
