McAdam: Lester Will be Out 2 Weeks

Sean McAdam is always in straight beast mode.

While everybody says Lester will be re-evaluated tomorrow, Scoops McAdam is like, "fuck that noise, I'm gonna find that shit out right now."

He's by far my favorite Boston sports writer. Plus, he actually gives Gresh & Zo some legitimacy because he knows everything about all Boston sports teams, not just football. And he's funny as hell.

If there were somehow a Royal Rumble of regional sports writing, McAdam would be raising his arms in victory, that's all I'm saying.

But enough about my unhealthy affinity for Sean McAdam, he broke some decent news about Lester's injury.

First of all, Lester was making the Blue Jays his bitch when he mysteriously left the game after the 4th inning. It turns out he has a lower left lat strain.

McAdam says that Lester will be out 2 weeks.

So if this is true, I think it's safe to say the Sox dodged a huge bullet.

McAdam for president right now, that's all I'm saying.
