Brad Marchand Just Rick Rolled the Shit out of Boston
First of all, listen to the audio before you read this because it will ruin it for you.
Second of all, I must have said this at least 100 times on this site; if you are a Boston sports fan and don't listen to or like Toucher & Rich, you are a geek ass nerd or hippy. And you need to get with the program. Literally.
This morning, T&R again showed why they are the best radio show on the dang planet because Rich got Brad Marchand, who actually says his name "Marchant," to pull a New Jack Edwards and sing songs from the 80's. And it's hilarious.
Notes
- The funniest part of this is that Marchand apparently can't say the word "everybody" like a normal human being. Evweebody have fun tonight!
- He single-handedly Rick Rolled everybody in Boston this morning. Which beats my Rick Rolling everyone at Upper Deck in Salisbury Sunday night with my buddy. Touche, Marchand.
- He and Rich also started a movement that I have been trying to initiate for years: bring back old witty sayings. Gems such as smooth move ex lax, go kick rocks, psych!, looks like I had double crossies, and others should've never been lost on society.
- If you didn't know, that is actually Brandon Meriweather's song VIP at the end. I'm going to do a post about how it's actually a pretty solid song later.
