REAL BREAKING NEWS: Sox Trade for Rich Harden

A lot of breaking news today that shouldn't be considered breaking news in some ways. But this one is pretty good.
A ton of peeps are blowing up Twitter right now saying that Rich Harden will be traded to the Red Sox for disappointing viking descendant Lars Anderson and a player to be named later, or as cool people say, a PTBNL.
Harden isn't doing great this year, but then again he pitches for a team that scores less than...I don't know. Something that doesn't score. I'm too tired to think of something funny to write. Point being, he pitches for a shitty team. But he's still rocking 9.2 K/9 in 29.1 innings and has always been a strikeout-per-inning guy.
All of this is pending a physical, but considering the Indians just gave up their top prospect and 3 other prospects for Ubaldo Jimenez, this is a good deal for the Sox.
Lars was the firstbaseman of the future at one point, but could never live up to that potential. And when the Sox traded for Adrian Gonzalez, it pretty much sealed the viking's fate.
He would've never cracked the big league roster here, so you might as well try to get something for him. And that's exactly what Pearl Jam did.
And not only did Theo get something for Lars, he got a very good pitcher when healthy. That's the problem though, the dude has had countless injuries in his career.
But, as far as I know, he's healthy now and hopefully he can stay that way.
The Sox also pulled a double solid power move because Harden worked with Sox pitching coach Curt Young in Oak town and they know each other well.
With Harden in the rotation, it will probably now look like this:
Lester
Beckett
Harden
Lackey
Wakefield/Aceves
And if and when Clay comes back (knock on wood), having Harden as a 4th starter/relief arm could prove invaluable.
The only thing that sucks now is that Theo probably won't do too much more tomorrow so it will probably be boring as shit.
